A local Nantucket farmer will join us at the culinary center to discuss the seasons harvest so far. We’ll sample locally grown produce, and Chef Daisy will advise on cooking methods. We’ll pair the in season bounty with a wine and students will have a chance to purchase some of the locally grown produce featured.
