Kids camp! Day 1

Join us for a 3 day kids cooking intensive. Children will explore global cuisine, starting in Asia with pork dumplings, veggie lo mein, and sauteed broccoli. On day 2 students will return, and will focus on cuisine from Latin America: bean and cheese Papusas, Elote, and homemade guacamole. Lastly on Day 3 we’ll head to Italy for homemade spaghetti and meatballs, and vanilla panna cotta.

Little chefs will leave with aprons, a recipe book of everything they made at camp, and a new found appreciation for global cuisine!

Ages 7-13

$150 per kid for 3 day intensive.

Steak au poivre class

Join us for a Brasserie inspired class. Students will make Salad Lyonnaise, pomme puree and filet au poivre. We’ll wrap up dinner with a chocolate pot de creme. Students can expect to learn valuable kitchen skills like emulsifying the perfect salad dressing, poaching eggs, properly searing a steak, and wines that pair well with the meal. After this 75 minute class students will have the chance to enjoy their meal in our private dining room.

Menu: Chicken parm, from scratch

Fresh pappardelle pasta

Ceasar salad

Vanilla bean panna cotta

Join us for a class dedicated to chicken parmigiana. We’ll make all components from scratch, pounding and frying perfect chicken cutlets, and making a simple tomato sauce. To serve alongside our chicken, we’ll make fresh pappardelle noodles, and master a classic ceasar dressing.

Students will make KBBQ favorites like beef bulgogi, and will enjoy a classic Korean barbecue dinner, complete with homemade banchan sides. We’ll discuss the korean pantry, and what ingrediets are needed to recreate the meal at home!

Menu: Roasted lemon chicken with sourdough croutons

Warm lemon and ricotta cake

Join us on 4/3 for a class on whole roasting the perfect chicken. Guests will learn how to truss, roast and carve, whole chickens , and will make side dishes and desserts inspired by the season. Join Chef Daisy in our classroom to learn to make classic Chinese Takeout dishes, like Crab rangoon, Chicken and Broccoli in brown sauce, and lo mein with Chinese barbecue pork. Students will gain a deeper understanding into the pantry essentials necessary to make delicious takeout at home. After this 75 minute course guests will join us in the dining room to enjoy their meal!

Dim Sum Class

In this class we bring classic dim sum flavors to Nantucket! Guests will learn to fold dumplings properly, laminate scallion pancakes, and make fool proof char siu. This class will be slightly more technique focused than others, guests will enjoy 90 minutes of hands-on instruction, afterward retiring to our private dining room to enjoy their dim sum feast!
