Menu: Roasted lemon chicken with sourdough croutons

Crispy mushrooms with bacon

Asparagus with brown butter hollandaise

Warm lemon and ricotta cake

Join us on 4/3 for a class on whole roasting the perfect chicken. Guests will learn how to truss, roast and carve, whole chickens , and will make side dishes and desserts inspired by the season.
