Steak Au poivre class

Join us for a Brasserie inspired class. Students will make Salad Lyonnaise, pomme puree and filet au poivre. We’ll wrap up dinner with a chocolate pot de creme. Students can expect to learn valuable kitchen skills like emulsifying the perfect salad dressing, poaching eggs, properly searing a steak, and wines that pair well with the meal. After this 75 minute class students will have the chance to enjoy their meal in our private dining room. A wine pairing will be provided with dinner.
