Join us for a class centered around salmon, taught by guest instructor, and cookbook author, Chef Jim Griffin. Guests will prepare 4 salmon dishes, all family style, and learn definitive tips and a tricks for preparing perfect salmon, every time. A copy of Jim’s new cookbook “The Complete Guide to Salmon” Will be included with purchase, so you can take these recipes home. In addition to preparing dinner, we’ll discuss the difference between Farmed and Wild Salmon as well as how to purchase, store, and prep salmon at home.
