Learn to make homemade croissants! In this class, we’ll make croissant dough from scratch. Students will learn to laminate dough, and how to replicate the process in the comfort of their own kitchens. We will make Classic croissants, pain au chocolate, and a Cafe 22 favorite, our French onion croissants.
