Gather in our chefs studio to watch as two fisherman breakdown a locally caught tuna. Guests, will get the chance to ask questions about the fish, and will sample different cuts of the tuna. We’ll learn more about local fishing, tuna and how best to prepare it, while enjoying a selected wine pairing.
