Ahead of the Labor Day weekend barbecues, learn how to make tender BBQ ribs in the oven, and finished on the grill. To accompany our ribs, we’ll make Napa cabbage slaw, laminate buttermilk biscuits, and learn to temper egg yolks with salted butterscotch pudding. After this 75 minute class, guests will join us in our private dining room to enjoy their meal!
